Am one of those people I can’t eat in the morning, when am heading to an airport. Am too busy checking I have everything, over and over again haha. When I was traveling to Dublin, I stopped at Wetherspoon at Edinburgh Airport for breakfast.
I ordered the traditional breakfast, which has Lincolnshire sausage, bacon, egg, backed beans, two potato rostis, Stornaway black pudding, tomato and a slice of toast. I also got an organge juice.
Wetherspoon is the standard place, all Scottish people go to when leaving Edinburgh Airport. I’d say it was ok, if you want something fast. It worked out well having my breakfast at Wetherspoon, as my boarding gate was right next to it.
